Performance of a group is poor even if the same team did incredibly well in the past. There is no longer any belief in a leader or manager. The group is not capitalising on the best opportunities and it is a part of the job of the person at the top to inspire and create inspirational moments.

Continue to support a friend or loved one who posts about their health on social media every day. This is their way of working through the pain and frustration they are having to deal with and just knowing someone is listening helps them feel understood.
