When will you learn not to chase your own tail but to have the courage to calm down and take it nice and slow? When in one of your hyper moods you don't thoroughly consider your actions and the more haste, the less speed. Being late for meetings isn't going to do your reputation any good either. If you started your day earlier, you wouldn't have to drive as fast! Try to be more sensible, break this trend and make better use of your time.

There is no quality of life in feeling you must carry out obligations which prevent you from being independent. Even with a household to run, a family to take care of or a living to earn, it is still possible to balance your priorities. Get your housemates to help with the dusting and cleaning, ask workmates to take on some of your load. Get back in touch with the simple things of life; even just a walk in the park will help refresh you.

It's one of those days when you don't have what you want or you don't even know what you want. You're just caught up in the routines of life; you keep settling for what you have and you've forgotten what really matters. As well as not being very satisfying this is one of the reasons why you find it impossible to give work and other responsibilities your full attention. Start thinking about making necessary changes.

It might feel as if you can't take a certain situation any more. You are tempted to throw in the towel but are there other alternatives you've not considered? If you do give up on a commitment, responsibility or relationship, try to make it so it's a gracious compromise rather than a seeming impulsive or rash action. Ask for a favour with a defeatist attitude and people are almost certain to say no! If you desperately need someone to do something for you, be confident and enthusiastic about the request. Make it so they feel they'd be missing out on the world's greatest opportunity if they turn you down. A little humour in a serious situation helps to keep the sense of balance equal. Give others time to digest the ideas behind your words.

Don't rush into anything today even if you feel inspired by someone's enthusiasm. You might accidentally blunder into an embarrassing situation through taking it for granted others have done the necessary research and planning beforehand. It is entirely possible you don't really know a person as well as you thought and they clearly haven't the patience or sense you thought they had.

Wishes are not mere dreams to be experienced for a while and then forgotten forever; have faith that some can come true. Past failures should not make you reluctant to believe in your current dreams. Disappointments recycled in your mind could make you believe your hopes aren't relevant any more. Today, allow wishes to acquire a meaning by making a positive effort to make them real.

Ask yourself why you keep repeating the same pattern over and over. Could it be you're determined it will work out differently each time or if you keep trying, you can change someone's behaviour? Why should anyone get angry because you disagree with them or do things differently? If others like and respect you they should accept a difference of opinions without it having any affect on your relationship. Loved ones, for instance, should understand if you need the occasional day away on your own or in different company. Colleagues need to know your methods may be different but it doesn't mean theirs are any better than yours.

Don't be discouraged if someone who has been playful and affectionate is now playing hard to get. Your love life has been complicated but you now know your own feelings and where you're heading. You have enough faith in a relationship to make a loving dream come true. You will soon be joining forces with someone who shares a unique interest or common goal. Joint plans will spur you and your partner to new levels of stimulation.

If it is the latter, think about what you say and how you say it. It is entirely possible you've not given your words a lot of thought and once you're more aware of how you're putting things across a deeper understanding will develop.

You're enduring a situation because you believe it cannot be changed; have you looked into new possibilities? It will take strength to make some changes. These will improve your life and those it may affect will get over their annoyance or upset. These days your current circumstances suit others more than you.
