Answering truthfully even when you know someone's not going to like it allows you to maintain your integrity. You feel more secure about yourself and a relationship when it's an open and honest one. Your own need to earn a respectable able reputation for yourself is not something you think about consciously. It goes unnoticed as you live your life. When you have a choice between being insincere to save someone's feelings or truthful for your own peace of mind that you should go for the latter.

Being too busy sounds like a feeble excuse for not keeping in touch with friends as they aren't exactly inactive themselves. If someone's making the effort to get in touch with you, return the favour. When your responsibilities start to exceed your capabilities you will neither have time for yourself or your friends. Having fun, relaxing and building a network of supportive friends will help improve your overall sense of wellbeing.

There are truths you don't want to accept and facts you don't want to face. A loved one will insist on pointing out aspects of a situation or relationship you have been trying to deny, making this a day for emotional revelations. A heated discussion helps you air your anger and frustration but you still need time to contemplate on all that has been said. Admitting someone is right won't be easy but you need to accept some radical changes are necessary.

Networking will serve to get you connected with more interesting people. An enlightening conversation will reveal there are people out there who share similar experiences, views and feelings. Talking to a friendly newcomer will be like holding up a mirror to your own situation.
