You're restless and fidgety and wondering perhaps whether it is stress, hormonal imbalance or an allergic reaction. You're looking for a syndrome to blame it on when the answer is: you're growing bored and wanting something more out of life. Exercise might help you channel all your nervous energy as it isn't helping your powers of organisation. Start planning for the future.

One series of events seem to set off another and another and you might wonder if it will ever end. It might seem as if you've long forgotten the way little things made you feel when there's just no time in your life to enjoy simple pleasures. You could really do with a few trouble free days to recharge your spirits. Get out in the fresh air if at all possible and be close to the beauty of nature;

Your attitude about your life is changing; your happiness depends on things other than what made you content in the past. Although satisfaction can only be defined by your perception of happiness, you currently feel enriched by a close relationship or new friendships. It's not where you are or what you have that attributes to your cheerfulness it's your positive and pleasing outlook.

As long as you are making decisions you're comfortable with, does it really matter what other people think? Those who are being contrary or disagreeable and who are trying to talk you out of your plans are probably used to getting their own way. They expect it to be the same today. Don't react to their pestering, just brush it off and eventually they will get the hint and stop harassing you.

Even though you're doing several things at once and life is demanding, you won't be racing the rodents. Others may compete in the rat race; you just aren't feeling competitive. When you're in need of it, take a coffee break, go for a walk or call up a friend. You will return to your duties refreshed. If that doesn't work, go to bed early and leave it to others to keep whatever wheel needs turning. For now, you prefer to take life nice and slow.

Someone's blaming you for their problems; they simply refuse to take personal responsibility. Maybe you can get them to change their reasoning but it won't be easy. A team effort might suffer due to personality clashes or a big disagreement. You might wish those who aren't as forceful would stick up for themselves. Keep a close guard on your tongue today and watch what you say.

A commitment made in the past isn't working but you won't abandon it completely. Until people can make other arrangements, you will fulfil obligations. Even so, no matter what kind of persuasion and encouragement comes your way, you intend to end it. There are several new areas you would rather pursue. A team effort might make a slight difference for the time being, giving you a little more time to chase your own interests.

While it's nice to be supported, if others aren't very cooperative, you won't find their help absolutely necessary. Just believing in an issue or in what you are doing is all you need today. You will welcome any kind of cooperation but others must know your plans and views aren't negotiable. Your approach to today's concerns is logical and practical. Others will be impressed by your confidence.

A stroppy person expects you to beg them to stay when they threaten to leave or walk out on you. The way you're feeling these days, you'd happily watch them go. The relationship you once shared has changed. You're fed up with indulging a friend or lover while forfeiting your own needs and desires. There are plenty of people to go around and unless a compromise is found, you won't look back if they do have the courage to walk out!

Some people just bicker for the sake of it; you won't want to be dragged into loud arguments today. A male colleague seems to be intentionally cruel to someone you happen to care about. You might suggest he finds a new and less unkind way of communicating. Granted people need to express their feelings, good or bad but if this means upsetting everyone else, they aren't being very professional.

You may have had your day clearly mapped out when an incident early on could change it all. A crucial decision must be made. Get it wrong and you may have to redo some work or revise plans by starting all over again. Your window of opportunity to get it right isn't very big today and it might all be a matter of timing, whether you manage to succeed in your intentions.

What might help, if you're feeling slightly low, is to get out in the garden or countryside and appreciate nature. Or, if there is a community scheme to help those who are struggling, why not volunteer to do your bit? The more negative your thoughts, the more depressed you will feel. Try to see the positive in the world around you. Look back at the end of the day and picture the good things that happened not the bad.
