Someone is depending on you quite heavily and you won't want them to feel you are letting them down.

You don't want to miss out on a chance to make new starts but handing in your notice without a new job to go to isn't the solution to your problems. It might be a good idea to mend some fences within your working environment.

You can't be as affectionate or as demonstrative as you would like to be until you can understand what they are going through. You wish they would talk.
