There's no harm in wanting to enjoy the finer things in life but it is your friendships and close relationships that will bring you most contentment. This is a good time to work on your relationships. Someone is hoping to make a joint commitment with you. There may be niggles in the back of your mind about whether you're doing the right thing but only time will tell.
Someone will make you laugh when they accuse you of being bossy or domineering. As far as you're concerned, you're only trying to give them some advice and guidance. Being supportive is not being domineering. Even so, if they need proof of this, it might be fun and interesting to let a partner take the lead.
If showing interest in what a partner or workmate is doing seems to be annoying them, why not reverse the process? Whether you are trying too hard to get their attention or they're simply too busy to notice you, your sudden lack of concern should make them sit up and start taking more notice.
Something is making you hold back from making a move with a relationship. You're worried your partner will not approve of the suggestions you are about to make. You won't find out until you ask. Are you single? If you don't want to miss out on a romantic opportunity, it may be up to you to ask someone you fancy out on a date.
You don't want people to feel you are being unnecessarily pessimistic but you can see how much time and effort it is going to take to fulfil a promise. You now wish you hadn't volunteered for this task but you will find a way to make it easier.
Rather than trying to please other people it would be smart to pull back your energy until you decide on what you really want to do. Someone is trying to persuade you to try something different but if the idea doesn't appeal to you, don't get involved.
From a logical angle you can see a few reasons why a colleague's big plan won't work. They won't want to know. Someone is getting carried away with enthusiasm but they haven't really considered the consequences of their actions. Once they come up against a few problems, they will turn to you for a logical solution.
Be careful with a friend or colleague who keeps making careless mistakes. You could easily lose your temper but think about their feelings. Once you realise why someone is acting strangely, your natural empathy will return. Sensitivity towards others will go a long way towards making the day less stressful.
Having to keep quiet will not come easily to you when you would rather voice your thoughts. You have more to say than all those around you but they will want to be heard too. The time will come when you will get your chance to air your views. Until then show interest in what others have to say.
There's nothing to be gained from dwelling on your doubts and uncertainties. If you don't feel you are coming up to a senior colleague's expectations of you, all you have to do is ask if there is something wrong and how can this be amended? The more honesty in work and other relationships, the stronger they will get.
Your partner or best friend will need your help. You may have to discreetly persuade them to take a step back from a contentious situation. Persuade them to walk away when it becomes obvious they want to get their own back on someone who has wronged them. Two wrongs do not make a right.
Go straight to your partner and ask, if you're suspicious about their recent behaviour. You can be diplomatic about it and this would be better than confiding in a friend or neighbour and expecting them to find out what you want to know. Do this and your partner will feel as if you have betrayed them by discussing personal matters with another.
