Everyone needs a degree of physical exercise even if you aren't a particularly robust person. Working out helps channel your aggression, stretch your muscles and even disperses those mental cobwebs. If you've not been exercising regularly, opt for something that's not too taxing: walking, jogging or biking. Make it a regular habit and find a friend whose keen to do the same to help you stick at your intentions.

Stop just dreaming about the new projects, hobbies or creative ventures you're 'one day' going to begin. Move forward now on the ideas you've been considering for some time. New creative pastimes could put you in contact with other folk who are similarly inclined and this could turn out to be a valuable learning experience.

Don't throw anything away before checking that someone else doesn't need it.
