You sense that now is a good time to get a new venture off the ground. You've been waiting to approach someone with your ideas and the time for this has arrived. You sensed in the past the need to hold back. There is no need to do so now. Plans can at last be put into action.

You might wish you hadn't promised to do someone a favour when you have more than enough of your own to do. Now you have agreed to take on something new, you have let yourself in for more than you bargained for. Someone is starting to take advantage of your kindness. It is time to put your foot down.

You and a partner need to talk. A close relationship has been tense and full of uncertainty. You will find it easier to put your thoughts and feelings into words and this helps people understand you better. Are you single, lonely and looking for love? Meeting up with a colleague socially could lead to romance.

You sense someone is expecting you to fail. They're waiting for you to admit you have taken on too much. It will prove to be quite a challenge to get through these busy and demanding days but you are determined to prove them wrong.

All you really want right now, is some time to call your own. You should not have to force yourself to be sociable if you aren't in the mood. Turn your thoughts away from matters that make you feel uncomfortable or upset and instead think about all that is going right in your life.

You know what people want to hear and since you can't be bothered to get into an argument, you will tactfully go along with them for now. Friends and workmates have no idea what is going on in your mind because it is often the opposite to what you are saying.

It will be surprising how well you get on with someone you have never worked with before up until now. Even so, keep your hopes and ambitions realistic. You don't want to demand too much from each other too soon. Cautious optimism is recommended.

You feel passionate about a subject that is causing contention in the home. Arguments continue. As a change of tactic you might try to put yourself in someone else's shoes and look for a reason behind their particular views and behaviour. Work at it and a compromise will be found.

You are tired of conversations going round in circles. Ideas being shared within a team will be good but not good enough. Rather than wasting time listening to others, don't be surprised when you find yourself moving away to act on your own choices and decisions. In some areas, you need more freedom and independence.

New ideas will be put to you on how you might spend your off-duty hours. These will involve people, activities or projects that are quite different to the type you already know. Although you prefer to stick with the familiar, why not give this a go? It could be surprisingly enjoyable.

Refrain from making too much of a fuss about presenting your ideas to a senior colleague or other officials. Timing is important and when the time is right for promoting your ideas arrives, you will know it. Until then, keep your plans to yourself.

During this awkward phase of ups and downs, don't give up on what you feel is important. You can see how some activities might benefit from a change but there will be objections to your ideas. It is turning out to be a struggle but it is a struggle worth fighting for.
