Rewards come from a recent achievement. Whether it is in the shape of a new and well-earned qualification, a bonus or a job offer, you are entering a more progressive trend. Embrace your aims and ambitions. Even so, don't be in too much of a rush to move onto the next stage. Savour the moment.

Someone in a position of power is making you question your ability. If you are experienced and qualified, refuse to let them intimidate you. A senior colleague is abusing their power. You need support to bring this attention to the public. A delay will feel disturbing.

Practice makes perfect. You have always believed this. You know that the more you put into your aims, the more you will get out of it. Put more time and effort into honing a creative or musical skill and you won't be disappointed.

A gossipy workmate doesn't seem to realise how much of a distraction they can be. They are becoming immensely unpopular. If you are in a position of leadership you may have to explain how important it is for them to get on and keep their mouth shut.

Some changes can be for the best even if at first they make you nervous.. Be sure to go into a joint project with your eyes wide open. Can you trust those you are joining forces with? It will be possible to capitalise on a sudden twist in circumstances.

You know what an opinionated workmate or neighbour is thinking and how they feel. In fact you're growing tired of listening to their opinionated views. Not once have they asked about your thoughts and feelings. You will be letting them know this today.

Your imaginative suggestions will be appreciated by other members of the team. Once you have ironed out some creases in a new business venture it will be ready for marketing. Even so you may have to be tactful with an executive who always insists on having the last word.
