A lack of good planning will mean a project will not be as effective as you were hoping. Define your objectives. Set a budget and spend time laying the groundwork. It may be necessary to scale back your promises before making them rather than leaving people disappointed because you cannot meet the goals you set.

It takes as much energy listening to them and watching them than it does to just roll up your sleeves and get the job done. The example you set is that work can be done without having to complain about it.

You won't find it hard to face up to the need to make a few sacrifices in order to devote more time to a new project. Someone close may complain. They will not understand your devotion to duty. It may also be that they are envious of all the time you happen to be spending with someone you are working closely with.

Share your hopes for the future and you could see a personal wish or desire being granted. Everyone has a secret ambition and as you look at your long-term goals, you will feel ready now to bring yours out into the open. A long awaited letter or phone call will finally arrive.

Instead of continuing in areas where progress is far too slow, switch to something different where there is more scope for you to advance. You will be aware of a rival colleague or neighbour trying to stand in your way. What you really need is to focus on matters that aren't so dependent upon other people.

You need to share what is on your mind but not in a way that upsets others. Express your feelings but do so in a way that will not inflame an already sensitive situation. It isn't good to block your emotions but neither do you want to cause a heated argument.

It doesn't matter what other people might say, once you have made your mind up, there will be no diverting you from your aims. Even if it means that someone who is close to you has to do without your company for a wee while, if commitments in other areas take you away from your home surroundings, so be it.

Stay true to your values. If someone disagrees with you or tries to persuade you to their way of thinking, remind yourself of who you are and don't allow anyone to try to change you. Point out that you have a mind of your own while remembering that it doesn't hurt to be kind
