A remark or decision might seem insignificant to you but someone else could be affected strongly by it. You're usually sensitive to other people's feelings but today your instinct could let you down if you accept someone's nonchalance for what it is when they're in fact hiding deep emotions. Sometimes the smallest things are the most profound because they create lasting effect. For this reason think very carefully before uttering words that might be misconstrued.

Someone you're with is a master at hiding their emotions from you; don't feel you should be open with them! You could always keep other people on their toes by leaving them guessing, just as they are doing to you! Rather than start on anything new today, do all you can to put the finishing touches on work already begun. This may not be what other people are expecting from you but you've always felt more settled when everything is neat and tidy and in order.

Matters now seem to have been made worse again due to someone's violent outburst. You may have to accept there are some in the team who will always cause such distractions and disturbances. People might think you're being pedantic but you're determined not to let anything slip your notice. Getting to the heart of every matter and seeking the truth will mean there is no confusion and no misunderstandings. If someone has recently made a mistake, you will find it in your heart to be forgiving. Even so, you will be determined not to allow a similar error to occur. If you aren't learning anything in a study or training site, don't think it's because you're too dim to take it in. Maybe it's a clash of personalities or another person's inability to get the message across. There are other people with the knowledge you need who might give you the guidance you are looking for without you having to pull out of this class altogether.

You might be staying too long in a situation you know you are better out of. It won't be easy to admit what's keeping you tied to a person or commitments causing you more upset or frustration than pleasure. Maybe to let go also means walking away from a dream that has come crashing down around you. You want it to work but life doesn't always turn out as you hoped; know when it is time to walk away.

Sharing moments of precious honesty with someone tightens the bonds between you. Giving yourself the freedom to trust a person so you can be as honest as you'd like helps you grow emotionally. It really is good to share and when disagreements or questions arise, you know you can ask honestly and expect an equally as honest response. The strange thing is, you've never really looked for this in a relationship.

It might seem impossible to give your entire attention to the job in hand if the job is proving to be monotonous and repetitive. Set aside the bread and butter of life to enjoy the occasional moment of fun and relaxation. Question even the possibility the work you do no longer brings you the satisfaction it used to and a new career might be a perfect solution.

Today you find comfort in joining forces with others to share thoughts and views about recent happenings. You've never been one to judge without considering all angles and even if you aren't happy about a certain set of circumstances you will reserve your judgement until you've discussed it further. This might irritate someone who has already made their mind up but you won't be pushed into making a decision you aren't ready for.

Before you know it the hours will have zoomed by and you won't seem to have had time to do all you'd hoped to. Prioritise and be sure to fulfil promises and obligations to those in high places first as your professional reputation needs protecting. Leave others waiting too long and they will go elsewhere in the future with new contracts you would have valued. This isn't a day for experimentation. Stick with what's familiar to save wasting time and energy on things that aren't guaranteed to work.
