Group efforts do not meet with your expectations but are you giving people or projects a fair crack of the whip? Don’t be too quick to judge or jump to conclusions or give up before things have had a proper chance to pan out. Some things really do take time and your patience is justified.

People who do similar work to you seem to be getting more rewards or praise than you are. Before you get neurotic, take a look at their workmanship; cutting corners will not have made for half as good a job as yours and in the end they will be found out. Rest assured you're doing just fine.

Someone you know and trust makes you realise how predictable your life has become and how stale your existence is. Be open and receptive to new experiences and ideas, take a workshop, study course or join a group or society. Make the effort and you will change your life for the better.

Talking your troubles over could be a bad move if you choose the wrong person to confide in, and they use what they're told as ammunition against you later. Remember that your misfortune could be someone else's gain, but you could protect yourself if you only release what you want them to know.

Exchange your ideas but be circumspect or things will get out of hand. If you are serious about a project but wondering how viable it is, first consider the financial implications. Any ventures that overstretch the fiscal budget should be reappraised or left on the drawing board for now.

Be careful whom you trust, as someone may accidentally or wittingly deceive you by passing on information you told them in confidence. Unless you're forgiving and willing to overlook their little indiscretion, you will compromise yours and their position plus lose a friend over something so trivial.
