Dreaming, hoping, wishing and planning what is to come is not enough now; you want to experience the real thing. With first hand experience you know you will learn things you couldn't do, or perhaps refused to do, before. No more deliberating on new possibilities, this is the time to enrol on the long term training or educational course you've got your eye on, or to book a journey you've been meaning to take for as long as you can remember!

You could learn to look at a legal, financial or official matter in a different way, over the weeks ahead. What has, up until now, restricted or limited you, can be changed if you approach the issue from a different angle. It is never easy to change what has become ingrained behaviour and thought processes. But for more complex choices there is every chance you will have to modify your approach in order to achieve what you are hoping for.

Winning a prize, award or someone's heart means you have to make sacrifices or give up something else but that's okay. In trying to do too much, there will be people and commitments encroaching on time you should be devoting elsewhere. Prioritise! Find a balance. You want to please everyone so make sure both ends are placed against the middle in an attempt to serve the common good while ensuring each person maintains a degree of freedom.

A job offer or the chance of new experiences in your working environment sees you stepping lively through the weeks ahead. A private hope you keep in the back of your mind could come closer to realisation now. A fortunate set of circumstances are about to appear and although some dreams will not come to pass just yet, there will be joy in knowing you are moving closer to your goal.

You wonder whether to spill out your feelings; what will someone say? How can a cry from the heart offend anyone? No matter what is on your mind, if someone loves and cares for you, they will understand and they will offer all the emotional support you need. Don't spend too long worrying about relationships with those who show you little respect or acceptance. Ignore those who are narrow minded.

Decisions you are now making hinge on the success of your current work. If the results are to your satisfaction, you will take on new commitments and challenges. If you aren't happy with your progress, you might want to pause a wee while and stay in the background until you are ready to take up a more prominent position. Sign on the dotted line only when you have weighed it all up in your mind and you know you're making the right decision.

An element of surprise could give you the upper hand when negotiating a complex issue. One of the ironies of life is that people who look as if they know what they're doing only do so because they have chosen the safest paths. Their uncertainty shows the moment trouble appears. You are more willing to pave your own way and in doing so, you could stumble on treasures which turn the most barren landscape into an exciting trail of adventure!

Don't burden yourself with too many do's and don'ts today; just go with the flow. It might be a good idea too, to leave monetary negotiations simmering quietly on the back burner for a wee while. Rather than trying to push everything forward today, give yourself time to think it all over. People close to you will be only too happy to go with your suggestions and to help you in your personal plans and projects.

It's not wrong to veer off course once you've set your goals; learn to be adjustable. If you can't find what you're looking for while travelling on one path, change course and the answer could be elsewhere. Appreciate everything you experience on the journey even if it wasn't what you were expecting. Some day you might look back and realise certain things you hadn't anticipated encountering were actually meant to be.

What in life has become routine: daily chores, disciplines, social commitments and the like, are changing. If you have been putting up with a workmate's constant carping and complaining for years, don't you think it's time to put an end to an ongoing disagreement!
