Be honest if you can't understand someone's point of view. Don't pretend you agree with them for the sake of peace. Speaking face to face might help you resolve a recent misunderstanding. Sit down with each other, lay everything on the table and ask all who are involved to be equally as honest. Ask questions, pay attention to the answers and let others see you are listening. Will you resolve this in one day? It all depends on what the argument is about!

There's something going on in the home or neighbourhood that makes you want to just pack up and move. You will be conscious this is an emotional reaction and it would be foolish to act without considering the consequences. Give yourself a little time to see if you still feel the same way once you've calmed down. If you decide to stay put, work out a way to make your situation more tolerable.

You might make up your past mistakes by helping others less fortunate than you. If you feel you've let someone down or you've not been there when they needed you, instead of preying on regret, join a volunteer organisation and make a difference to someone else's life. This might also provide a much needed opportunity to widen your experiences and alter your daily routines. If there's something you really desire but confidence is lacking, remember: where there's a will, there's a way.

Either you or someone close is trying to cling on to a relationship that's long past its sell by date. If a partnership or friendship is giving no-one any satisfaction, it is time to call it a day. You might feel you can't be the person you want to be while someone else keeps trying to change you or mould you into what they expect you to be for them. Confusion, misunderstandings and quarrels seem to be the order of the day.

Someone is trying to turn a team effort into something competitive; you aren't impressed by their behaviour. If it's important to them to set some meaningless record and they have no idea how to work in unison, find a way to separate them from the group. Set them a task which sets them apart from everyone else. This should be something they can be praised for as they seem to have a strong emotional need for applause.

Nothing is going right, some things seem to be running backwards and people are at cross purposes. Confrontation is not your strong point and you will do everything you can today, to avoid it. Even so, there is someone who is determined to have an argument. Be prepared to have to stick up for yourself. Just because someone's short tempered, doesn't mean you should keep your thoughts to yourself. You're entitled to your opinion.

You might realise something that was important in your life is no longer so. Someone is holding a favour over your head every time they want something from you. You're starting to tire of hearing about everything they do for you when half of what they say isn't true. Stop denying our own needs. Whether it means indulging in your romantic fantasies or getting out more often, it is time to stop catering to other people's whims and do something for yourself.

Just because someone close has failed at a certain task, subject or goal, doesn't mean you will. Similarly, if an older member of the family tries to undermine your confidence, don't let them demoralise you. Maybe they're comparing their failed efforts with your current aims but your circumstances could be entirely different. Don't allow yourself to be held back because of other people's negativity.

You're keen to meet new people; be sure to introduce yourself around at a business seminar or social gathering. If you're offered the chance to get involved in a venture which holds some risk but offers a lot of excitement, be sure to grab it with both hands. There will be no lull in activities today which means you won't get the time you had hoped to attend to personal matters. A last minute change of plan will be a good decision.

Stop regretting things you have or haven't done and start thinking more positively. Consider the advice of a well intentioned friend or colleague. They aren't trying to take over your life they're just giving you a new perspective from which to look at it. Instead of dwelling on the past, you might soon find yourself researching your future prospects. Wallowing in remorse could cause you to overlook new opportunities. Wake up to reality.

Confusion abounds; not paying attention causes you to cross signals with others. You're trying to do too much at once and there is so much going on in your mind you can't focus on any one thing. Frustration comes through not feeling in charge or in control of your life. You need to get things done and see results to feel less stress. To do this you must set smaller, more reachable goals and take one step at a time.

Try not to become upset by the rather bumpy ride trends early in the morning give you. You could be on the receiving end of the sharp side of someone's tongue and this could upset you for the rest of the day if you don't push it out of your mind. You don't want to lose a friend or upset a loved one by being outspoken but if they're being forthright with you, snapping back at them could be the shock they need to make them realise they're being unreasonable.
