It is time now to divulge information you have been withholding from someone. The timing may not exactly be perfect but you know this is a secret you can no longer keep and there will never be a right time to get it out into the open. It's going to be difficult for you and other people involved but you can't keep putting it off. You must do what's necessary to move forward and that means, facing up to a situation you've been trying to hide from.

If you've never been through similar experiences, you will find it harder to deal with problems facing you today. One solution could be to turn to those who are older or more knowledgeable for help or advice. If you approach a colleague or associate for assistance with a matter that's beyond you, it's unlikely they will turn you away. Indeed this could mark a turning point in a professional relationship.

If a professional or community event doesn't measure up to your expectation, maybe you built your hopes up too high. If other people seem happy with what's going on, it is entirely possible you were expecting too much from the start. Adjust your attitude; you will see there is plenty to praise if you look for the good and not the bad. If you're single, accept the chance to get involved in social activities that might take you to new and different places in the future.

You prefer to be honest but it's not always best to tell others the truth today. Some tact and diplomacy is definitely called for if you aren't to upset someone. Communication is always a useful factor if you feel there is a lack of understanding in a close relationship. If you want more from a partnership or you aren't happy about some of the things your mate has been up to, talk! Don't think you're incompatible because you have different views, tastes or attitudes. Discussing your feelings could set your mind at rest when you ultimately discover, despite any differences, your partner wants the same as you.

If you have the qualifications for a new job, let those who are conducting the interviews, know it. Make other people aware of your capabilities or you will remain stuck in a rut. Your skills and talents could put you in the running for a new opportunity but the condition is: you must start blowing your own trumpet!

You can't quite decide whether you're supposed to read between the lines or someone telling you it the plain unadulterated truth. You might be mixing with people who seem to go off on a tangent and have no idea how to focus on the job in hand.
