Do you ever stop to think or are you just rushing into things today without considering the consequences? You might argue that you're thinking all the time but it is entirely possible your thoughts lack consideration or common sense. Try to get your mind into some sort of order. Consider your priorities and attend to them. If you are making any kind of choice or decision today, look before you leap!

If there's something you're struggling with and you could do with a helping hand, ask for it. Don't feel guilty about needing assistance. You would ask for an umbrella if it was raining or a flashlight to see in the dark. So why continue struggling with a job when a little help from a friend or colleague might help you make better progress? If you've always been independent you might soon notice a positive shift in your attitude towards accepting help.

You're striving to make a perfect job of something you've taken on. Your hope is to impress others with your handiwork. Today you're expecting far too much from yourself. Even if you lowered your sights your efforts will have an impact on those around you. There are possibilities within the impossible later in the day when a sudden insight makes ideas you'd dismissed as unrealistic seem more viable.

You accept the usefulness of learning from something which was clearly a mistake; there will be no regrets. If you made a wrong choice or failed at some activity, at least now you know these things aren't for you in the future. Sometimes it is not until afterwards that you understand why you had to go through certain events and situations. Recognising your weaknesses as well as your strengths still goes towards enhancing your self esteem.

Don't waste your time joining in when others seem to have nothing better to do than argue over trivial matters. You have plenty to be getting on with. In fact there are some jobs you'd rather do on your own anyway. Old friends are on your mind. Why not contact at least one of the people you've been thinking about recently? Send them an email or pick up the phone and make that call.

If someone mentions they'd love a trip out, it's a hint they'd like you to join them. Maybe you had nothing more strenuous planned than catching up with a few odds and ends so a sudden change of plans is unlikely to inconvenience you. Where you end up might not be your cup of tea but if a friend or loved one is enchanted, that's what really matters. Different strokes please different folks; give others their own way today and your day will come.

Pay special attention to what an elderly friend or relative is telling you. There is nothing false or artificial in their words; in fact they are probably closer to the truth than you would like to believe. It might be necessary to reveal something you've been keeping to yourself. What will come as a relief is a recent awkward event or incident had nothing to do with you. It will be a matter of biding your time until things sort themselves out.

Inspiring the day may be but also hectic; even coffee breaks will have to be taken on the job. There seems to be no let up in activity and the good news is: the mood of those you're with is as practical and efficient as your own. Work and other matters flow smoothly. Lively cooperation will make joint efforts rewarding. Even so, home will never be more welcome this evening when you can kick off your shoes and let the fatigues of the day drain away.

Promising to do someone a favour when you already have more than enough to do is not a good idea. Good intentions are all very well but if you're taking on more than you can handle, something or someone will eventually suffer. Complications will arise when you don't realise your limitations. Do the right thing and let others know you can't possibly take on any more for the time being.

People want to know your thoughts about a current project and how you're enjoying being involved. You aren't used to a sometimes yes and sometimes no reaction but this is the way you do feel about it. When asked you should give an honest answer. At times a project is fun and you get a lot out of group relationships but at other times people prevent progress through their differing views; you might wonder if you were not better off elsewhere.

Someone's making eyes at you but there are too many complications for you to ever consider getting involved. You might enjoy the friendship and companionship and it's very possible love will grow. As long as you establish you aren't ever intending to make a commitment and it's acceptable to this other person, there's no reason why this relationship can't continue.

It will only take a few words of kindness and encouragement to restore someone's confidence. You will be doing a friend or colleague a big favour by listening to their concerns and showing they do have a friend who cares. Sometimes people don't like to be at the receiving end of advice but a show of support can be effective in helping them cast aside their sense of helplessness or despair.
