You won't mind helping someone who is worthy of help if you have the time and the resources to lend them a hand. What you might object to is the way a neighbour or friend expects you to always drop what you're doing and rush to their rescue when they get themselves in trouble. Try to ease your mood swings: when you find yourself getting irritable, go for a walk or bike ride, invite friends around and cheer yourself up before starting over again. It's entirely possible you are dwelling too much on trivial things which shouldn't really matter.

Not every decision you make will be perfect; you must tell yourself you made the best ones in a given situation. Looking back, you might have done something differently but hindsight always allows you to see things clearer. The path you have now chosen is at the cost of the ones you turned away from. If it's any consolation, had you gone a different way, you would likely be in as much of a dilemma as you feel you're in today!

You're learning to appreciate every aspect of a close relationship even your differences. Realising your strengths are helping a partner to overcome their weaknesses and vice versa makes you feel a certain union was meant to be. You were destined to find each other. If your personalities complement one another and you get pleasure from being together why not make the most of every wonderful moment?

There is no problem existing in your life that you won't, eventually be able to overcome. Try not to dwell on all the things going wrong in your life. If someone at home is accusing you of being a workaholic, rather than getting defensive, try to see it through their eyes. Remember: you work to live, you don't live to work. Once you've got your private life and career in perspective, you'll feel a lot happier inside.

Take another look and you'll see there are others who are struggling and who aren't doing half as good a job as you. As it's impossible to say what's best and what's worst, how can you place yourself correctly between them? Try not to be so critical.
